What to expect on the day
Please clear small items, toys and loose furniture from each room before we arrive. Heavy furniture is cleaned around unless you add moving it to the quote. Most carpets need 4 to 6 hours to dry, so open windows if the weather allows.
A straight answer on old stains
We treat stains, but we cannot guarantee that old stains or sun damage will come out completely. If a stain worries you, send a photo and we will tell you what to expect before you book.
