What the law asks of tenants
The Residential Tenancies Act requires tenants to leave a property reasonably clean and reasonably tidy and to remove their rubbish. That is the standard a reasonable person would expect, and it does not mean spotless. Our move-out checklist explains this and links to the sources.
A straight answer on your bond
We clean to the scope on your quote. If something in that scope was not done properly, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean it for free. We cannot promise a bond result, because the bond depends on the whole tenancy, including rent, damage and what was agreed. Take your own photos when we finish and keep your invoice.

Yes, if we have room that day. End-of-month dates fill first, so book as soon as you know your date.
Do I need professional carpet cleaning?
It depends on the condition of the carpet. Our checklist explains what the law says about clauses that require it.

Yes. Please take your furniture and belongings out first, so we can reach every area.
